Tri-County
Christian School Is "On The Right Track!"
Don't just take it from us, listen to what these 7th
and 8th graders have to say...
I am so glad for people
who have sacrificed so much to make this school a reality and have kept
it "afloat". Even though these people sometimes go unnamed, I am still
grateful for their time, effort, money, and materials that have helped
to give me a good education.
I have only been at Tri-County for four years (and counting), but in these
four years I have made lasting and meaningful friendships that I will never
forget. I am also thankful for caring teachers who love their job and love
kids. They have made a deep impression on me, something I hope to pass
on to my classes (I hope to get a job as a teacher someday).
I had a great time at retreat last year, and I hope to have an even better
time this year as I fellowship with my "family". All in all, Tri-County
Christian School is an ideal place for getting an education and gaining
friendships, as well as getting closer to Jesus Christ.
Geoff G. - 7th Grade
Being at Tri-County has been great. If I had not
gone to Tri-County I might not have become a Christian.
Ashley M. - 7th Grade
I am really glad I have the privilege to go to T.C.C.S.
Thank you to all those who support us.
Kelsey B. - 7th Grade
I have learned a lot at the chapels that we have
had. I have learned that we need to worship and praise God every day. I
have also learned that we should not bully others to make ourselves feel
better. This is what Tri-County means to me.
Ron O. - 7th Grade
In my time at Tri-County I have made many friends,
learned a lot, had fun, and have had nice teachers. When I first came to
Tri-County in second grade, I didn't know anyone. That didn't last long.
Everyone welcomed me and I made a best friend very quickly. One thing that
I like very much about Tri-County is that everyone is kind and courteous.
The curriculum at Tri-County teaches us about creation and how to counter
evolution so that we can try to lead people to God. Tri-County has great
Bible class that teaches us the many responsibilities we have as Christians.
Craig D. - 8th Grade
I have enjoyed my years at Tri-County Christian School very much.
Tri-County provides many fun extra-curricular activities. These include
basketball, Spelling Bee, Speech Meet, and Math Olympics. Also, every year,
the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades go on a Junior High Retreat that
everyone enjoys.
I feel I have received a quality education at Tri-County. We have always
been taught from a Christian perspective, which I appreciate. Also, we
are encouraged to do our best academically and athletically. I am very
thankful that I am able to go to Tri-County Christian School.
Emily M. - 7th Grade
I think that Tri-County is an awesome school. They
work with the students through the good and bad times. I feel comfortable
around these people. The teachers are very good at teaching us. They accept
you for who you are, not what you wear or what you look like or how well
you do in school. Because of my time at Tri-County I will be a better person
throughout my life.
Raymond M. - 7th Grade
To me, Tri-County means a great Christian
environment made up of great Christians. A Christian Education is one of
the best gifts a parent can give their child whether the child likes it
or not. It can help one grow spiritually and mentally in Christ.
All the teachers I've had in my Tri-County years are my favorite teachers.
Each one is a unique example of Christ in their actions, words, and ways
of discipline. They are always fun, loving , friendly, helpful, and cheerful.
Alissa V.W. - 7th Grade
I remember when I first came to Tri-County in the
fourth grade. Everyone was kind to me and welcomed me. I quickly make new
friends and started having a great time right away. Our teacher taught
us all the main subjects like in the public schools, but the difference
was that she taught us about Christ and how to follow Him.
Ryan W. - 8th Grade
I have good friends who help me with my
homework and play with me. People at Tri-County show what it means to act
like a Christian.
Hannah H. - 7th Grade
Throughout the grades Pre-K and sixth grade
on into seventh, I have been motivated to the best I can do. Most of the
girls in my class I have known since Pre-K. I have held a strong friendship
with them (and most of the boys, too). The teachers are wonderful and have
helped bring out the best in me for years.
Since I have attended TCCS for nine years, I have a feeling of comfort like
everyone is family to me. Last year I was going to switch to Carl Sandburg,
I ended up coming back to Tri-County because I missed my "family".
Also, everyone knows you here so you do not have to be afraid to ask for something
like a ride home or for a question to be answered.
I think God has really helped Tri-County Christian School to keep going
throughout the years, and has kept Tri-County all together through easy
and hard times alike. I wish to thank everyone for helping us in our success
and for their donations to our school. I assure you, you will not be disappointed
in the work we do here at Tri-County Christian School.
Katelin P. - 7th Grade
